The Law Firm was established by Maciej Gładysz, legal adviser, who used his experience gained in the international real estate company. Subsequently, the law firm was joined by Paweł Żerański, an experienced lawyer who is a law attorney, Berlin LL.M graduate and formerly was associated with renown international and Polish law firms. Gładysz & Żerański Kancelaria Prawnicza sp. j. offers direct contact with the law attorneys and modern way of rendering legal services.

While developing our professional careers we cooperated with renown international and Polish companies including international companies of different branches, such as real estate and building, grocery, IT, banking and the like. 16 November 2011 law attorney Maciej Gładysz gave the lecture at the conference on the construction and infrastructure organized by the trade mission of the government of Flanders - Belgium in the Hotel Grand Mercure in Warsaw. Mr. Gładysz presented the issue of the legal aspects of the “green building” investments in Poland.
